Did you know ‘Grains’ have been the foundation of traditional diets across multiple civilisations for thousands of years? Possibly, they understood that grains make the diet healthier. Possibly higher energy levels or the general feeling of being healthy made their diets centre around the grains. Somehow now we tend to ditch these grains in the name of health, while ignoring the basics.
