Bean Sprout 5-Pulses Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

  • 200g Di Grano 5-Pulses Pasta

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 2 Cloves thinly sliced Garlic

  • ¼ Cup Broccoli Florets

  • ¼ Cup cubed Red and Yellow Bell Pepper

  • ¼ Cup diagonally cut Baby Corn

  • ¼ Cup Mung Bean Sprouts

  • ¼ Cup Black Bean Sprouts

  • ½ Lemon cut in slices

  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

  • 2 tsp Mustard Sauce

  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary

  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • Salt to Taste

To Pre-Cook Pasta 

  • 1 ltr Water
  • 1 tsp Salt 

Cooking Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Once the water starts boiling add in Di Grano 5-Pulses Pasta and let it cook for 6 minutes as per the packaged instructions.
  • Strain the pasta and rinse under cold water until cool.
  • In a pan heat butter. Once melted, sauté thinly sliced garlic
  • Add in Broccoli Florets, Cubed Bell Pepper, diagonally cut Baby Corn and sauté for 2 minutes
  • Stir in Mung Bean and Black Bean Sprouts and cook for another 1-2 minutes
  • Add pre-cooked 5-Pulses Pasta and season with Chili Flakes, Rosemary, Oregano and Salt.
  • Toss the ingredients to mix them together.
  • Dress it up with Mustard Sauce
  • Garnish with Halved Cherry tomatoes, lemon Slices and Black Pepper.
